This class is for fuller figured women, sized 16 and above. Come dance with your sisters, and learn a new skill, while trying a fun new work out.
Designed for all levels, and fitness abilities. We will be breaking down, classic belly dances moves, doing strength and flexibility exercises, along side learning fun choreographies, to both traditional and non-traditional belly dance music.
My name is Heather, I have been belly dancing for over 10 years, in many different styles, in both the US and UK. I have danced through two pregnancies, and love the art and femininity of this dance tradition.
Belly dance, has been so special to me, as I have found it both helped my fitness level and confidence. It kept me more flexible and comfortable in pregnancy alongside, helping me to meet other wonderful women in the belly dance community.
